For a faithful customer we completely overhauled a Deutz 620 V8 engine. The work below was completed to the customer’s full satisfaction:
- All cylinder heads, pistons and linings were dismantled. The cylinder heads were overhauled, the linings and pistons replaced.
- All connecting rods were dismantled, tested, and reinstalled.
- The crankshaft was replaced.
- The turbo was reconditioned.
- All bearings were replaced.
- The camshafts were dismantled, inspected, and reinstalled.
- Other parts were inspected and replaced as necessary.
