Machinefabriek Hoogendijk produces propeller shafts to 7 metres in length and diameters to Ø250. The propeller shaft can be supplied under full supervision of the classification societies. In the shop, the propeller and shaft flange are fitted to the propeller shaft ('bluing'). The propeller shaft doesn’t go out the door until it meets the required standards.
Machinefabriek Hoogendijk has skilled personnel who are able to install the propeller shaft including seals on location. We can provide a propeller shaft inspection and exchange for you on location, with supervision by a classification society if required.
